There's No Place Like Trick-Or-Treating!

After what must have seemed like years to Kadence, but was actually about 3 weeks, she was finally allowed to dress up like her ultimate hero Dorothy! Right after her breakfast and bath, Momma dressed her up, even though Trick-Or-Treat wasn't until hours later! I have to say she was totally adorable.

Here is another. I am thinking she could give the real Dorothy a run for her money! lol. The wig changed her so much!

Here is a pic of ToTo and a pic of Dorothy's basket.. What? Doesn't every Dorothy carry a Longaberger basket? lol

And of course, The Ruby Slippers

One more

I hope you made some wonderful Halloween memories with your family (and took lots of photos to scrap )
Enjoy your Sunday and don't forget to thank God for it.

Snowman Card

I love this CTMH snowman stamp and used it last Christmas as well. I stamped the snowflakes on an acetate card with white memories ink dye pad, and then did the snowman and adhered him with no see tape to the front. I paper pieced his scarf and hat.
Happy Saturday,

Connecticut Visitors!

My sister in law Cathy and my brother in law Brian took a few days of their vacation time to drive to Kentucky from Connecticut to hang out with us for awhile and also to meet Kadence for the first time! We had a great visit and I was so sad to see them leave. It's been nearly 3 years since I last got to spend time with them. I hope it's not that long in between our next visit.
Here's a pic of Richard and Cathy..

Kadence loved them and immediately brought Brian a book to read to her.

We had to take them to our favorite spot, Shaker Village to spend a night! Here is a shot of all of us in front of the Inn.

Laura and Mary Ingalls shopping in the craft store.

My honey and I

And finally, no visit to Shaker Village would be complete without a candlelight dinner.

What a fun time spent with family!
Have a great day,

Today we went to Evan's Orchard and Pumpkin Patch and we had an absolute blast!
Kadence was so excited when she saw the actual patch!

Here is a pic of her and I going to the Corn Maze.

Here she is hauling her heavy load back to the market to purchase.

Christmas Story Card

Here is a christmas card made with the new CTMH stamp set " Christmas Story"
It is one of my favorite of the new sets.. To make the star I put some CTMH bonding memories glue on a piece of sunkiss yellow card stock, and then poured prisma glitter over top of it. After letting it dry a bit, I just punched it out with a punch. I colored the Holy Family with CTMH watercolor markers.
Have a great day.
